Warehouse Associate:
Responsible for a variety of warehouse operation duties, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory and replenishment. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy boxes. Computer experience and forklift experience are helpful, but not required.

Collections Agent:
An individual with 3 years + experience in a high volume environment. Responsible for credit evaluation and collecting past due accounts. Must have strong communication skills and strong computer skills. BA in Business or Accounting a plus.

Call Center Representative:
A detailed-oriented, organized and energetic person with 3 years + experience. Responsible for processing orders by phone/fax, researching issues and problem solving. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills, along with strong computer skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.

Buyer:
Responsible for inventory "re-buys". Reviews sales forecasts, lead times and other system settings in order to constantly improve "fill rate" while avoiding overstock. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and strong math and analytical skills. Knowledge of inventory management, purchasing procedures, internet and computer skills.

Lead Management/Marketing:
This individual will coordinate lead prospecting and retention programs. Review, update and distribute leads to the Sales Group and ensure proper lead follow-up on the success of the campaign. Increase the number of active and loyal customers. Strong analytical, communication and computer skills required. Must be detail- oriented, possess problem resolution and strong customer service skills.

Branch Manager:
A hands-on Sales Manager responsible for outside sales for the NY Metro sales territory. Will personally build major accounts in the New York metro area, hire, train and manage one outbound tele-sales representative and one outside salesperson. The goal is to grow the major account base while presenting our value-added program. Must have 3 years sales management experience and excellent customer focus. Experience in related Industrial Supply Sales required.

Outside Salesperson:
This individual will be responsible for developing new clients, generating leads and upselling to current customers to increase the company's market share. Must be experienced in sales, preferably in the metalworking industry and/or in mail order distribution. Must be a take-charge individual, able to work independently, as well as with a team and be driven.
