Uncoated High Helix Single End Mills from TTC Production. These HP series of single-end mills are exclusively designed to work on aluminum workpieces. TTC's HP series are available in two-flute, spiral design and comes in regular, long and extra-long lengths. The tool is made from high-speed steel and the centre cutting makes it suitable for peripheral, ramping, helical, plunging and slotting operations. The high helix angle wraps around the tool faster and provides excellent chip evacuation at high speeds. The Weldon flat gives a firm grip over the tool at high-speed machining. These single-end mill tools are available in regular lengths upto 4-1/2 inches and 12 different sizes ranging from 1/4 inch to 2 inches. Special models are available in longer lengths upto 6-1/2 inches and 11 different sizes ranging from 1/4 inch to 2 inches. Special models with extra-long lengths upto 10-1/2 inches and 10 different sizes ranging from 1/4 inch to 1-1/2 inches.
