The SuperCREED series is made from ultrafine micro grain solid carbide for a smooth machining finish and is suitable to work in harsh industrial conditions. These single-end roughing mills are being offered in four flutes design with a 30-degree helix angle. The tool characteristic is center cutting and is used for peripheral, ramping, slotting, plunging, and helical operations. The lower 30-degree helix angle wraps the tool slowly and improves the chip evacuation rate. SuperCREED series single-end roughing mill from T&O is made suitable for hardened materials including steel, cast iron, stainless, titanium alloys, and nickel-based alloys.
