You can use this machinist clamp kit to work with Bridgeport-type milling machines. The coupling nuts or extension nuts are threaded fasteners, which can be used to join two threaded rods or pipes. The flange nuts in the set come with a wide flange at one end that serves as an integrated washer. The T-slot nuts slide along a T-slot track, which is placed on a workbench, table, router, etc., to position or secure workpieces. Studs are available in either English and Metric systems with four pieces in each different lengths. The serrated-end clamps come with jaws that slide at a 45-degree angle to exert a clamping force on your workpiece to hold it tightly. Moreover, the set blocks are for assisting you with clamping items. Except for the 20402PL model, the material used for building the tools in all other models in this range is hot-rolled 1541 steel. It is a versatile and affordable medium-carbon and high-manganese alloy steel. Whereas, the 20402PL model is made of hot-rolled 1018 steel. It has efficient mechanical properties and enhanced machining characteristics.
