3M P95 Particulate and Cartridge Filters for Versatile Respiratory Protection. 3M brings you the first-rate 2076HF particulate filters designed to meet your respiratory needs in specific environments. These NIOSH-approved cartridge filters give you end-to-end respiratory protection in environments where you are exposed to hydrogen fluoride. The P95 filters are effective against some oil and non-oil-based particulate contaminants, and they also offer relief from unpleasant acid gas odors up to the permissible exposure level (PEL). The versatile 3M particulate cartridge filters have bayonet compatibility, and therefore, they can be readily used with many 3M respirators such as 3M 6000, 7800, and FF-400 series full facepieces, 3M 6000, 6500, and 7500 series reusable half facepieces, and 3M Scott AV-3000 HT and SureSeal facepieces. You can also use 3M adapters to further extend the filters' compatibility with other 3M respirators. The filters are made of polypropylene and are olive green color-coded. 3M P95 filters are personal safety products ideal for defense and homeland security. They are recommended for industries such as heavy infrastructure construction, general manufacturing, metal production, chemicals, oil and gas, fabrication, etc. You can utilize these filters for welding, metal pouring, soldering, brazing, torch cutting, chemical and petrochemical processing, painting, pesticide application, powder charging and coating, spray coating, pulp, paper, and wood processing, sanding, remediation, etc. NIOSH P-series criteria passed 2076HF filters offer 95 percent protection against chemicals, including asbestos, arsenic, lead, cadmium, MDA, etc. They work best during exposure to chemical concentrations up to 10 times PEL when used with half facepieces and 50 times PEL when used with full facepieces. They minimize inventory and training needs as they work efficiently in many applications and are easy to use. However, these filters are strictly meant to be used by industrial and occupational customers in workplaces.

Benefits

  • 3M P95 filters give complete respiratory protection against exposure to chemicals, oil and non-oil-based contaminants, unpleasant acid gas odors, etc.
  • The bayonet connectivity helps fix them with some 3M half and full facepieces, 3M Scott full facepieces, etc.
  • Using 3M adapters, you can fasten these filters with more 3M respirators.
  • The filters offer protection during exposure to chemical concentrations of 10 times PEL when used with half facepieces and 50 times with full facepieces.

Applications

When properly fitted, use in a variety of applications including welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, soldering, and exposure to lead, asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA for concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL).
