Employ TTC CB5-series Collet Block Chucks to Minimize the Installation Efforts Required for Machining. You can avail of the CB5-series collet block chucks from TTC to use with 5C collets so that you get simplified installations of drill presses, lathes, milling machines, surface grinders, and more. Since the chucks make the setups faster, you can start with your machining applications without wasting time and thus get better productivity. TTC collet block chucks are designed and manufactured for the 5C collets of round, hex, or square type. They are the best short-run machine parts that you can effectively employ for machining square, parallel, or hex shapes. They also help you drill cross holes at 60-degree, 90-degree, and 120-degree angles. You can interchangeably use the CB5-L-model Quick-acting collet closer on both collet blocks. You can even attach the blocks directly on magnetic chucks or also on machine vises as per requirements. The collet block chucks models are CB5-H (hex collet block chucks) and CB5-S (square collet block chucks). Apart from these models and the Quick-acting lever collet closer (CB5-L), you can also collect extra collet nuts for 5C collets (CB5-N), pin spanner wrench (CB5-W), and a collet block chuck set upon ordering them separately. The sets include square and hex collet block chucks and a collet closer together in one cost-effective combo pack. Furthermore, each collet block weighs around 1 pound, and each has a capacity of 1/16 inches through 1-1/8 inches. They are made of high-strength and hardened tool steel, and they come with 1-3/4 x 1-3/4 x 2-3/4-inch dimensions. Moreover, all the pieces are precision-ground and made parallel and square to within 0.0005 inches.
