The range includes straight black nylon-fill brushes and steel-filled brushes with a loop handle and steel-filled brushes with a round stainless steel stem. The twisted single-spiral brushes are designed for internal cleaning to deburring tasks in tubes, pipes, machined bores, drilled and tapped holes, etc., and they can be used on brass, bronze, aluminum, steel, and plastic materials. The straight black nylon-fill brushes come with brush diameters varying from 1/4 to 2 inches, fill diameters from 0.005 to 0.014 inches, and brush lengths from 2 to 5 inches. Their overall length varies from 6-1/4 to 16-3/4 inches, and they come with a loop handle. You can use these single-spiral nylon brushes for cleaning parts made of delicate materials such as Teflon-coated surfaces. The single-stem steel-filled brushes from Weiler also come with a loop handle, but these hand brushes use a steel or stainless steel fill material.
