Applications
- A semi-synthetic metal removal fluid concentrate meant to be extended in water.
- A starting concentration of 8.0% - 10.0% is recommended for most metal removal operations, optimal concentrations may vary depending on the particular alloy.
- Always add VP850 to water.
- To reduce use and optimize performance, it is best to pre-mix with water prior to filling the fluid system or adding make-up.
- A calibrated refractometer should be used to determine the fluid concentration.
- To determine the concentration, use the following formula: concentration (%) = % Brix (Refractive Index) x 1.8 (RI Multiplier)
