CONFLICT MINERAL POLICY STATEMENT

Travers Tool Co., Inc. fully supports our customers and suppliers' efforts to comply with section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. This section outlines the assessment and reporting requirements for issuers whose products contain conflict minerals. These minerals – tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold – are used in a wide range of products across numerous industries. They originate in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries whose mining or trade support groups violate serious human rights abuses within those regions.

As an industrial tool distributor, Travers Tool Co., Inc. distributes hundreds of thousands of products that are manufactured by thousands of other companies globally in which may be far removed from the source of the raw materials. We recognize the lack of well-documented systems by product manufacturers to track Conflict Materials back to their source. Travers Tool is committed to working with our supply chain to support the goals of the Dodd-Frank act and encourages our supply chain to follow these same policies.

Travers Tool Co., Inc. fully expects our supply chain to provide products that are conflict-free in compliance with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act. We also recommend to our suppliers' practice of building systems that support the identification of products and minerals and their origin.

Travers Tool's ongoing efforts will include working with our supply chain towards improving the ability to track products and minerals to the source along with eliminating any products that are identified as non-compliant with Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Act. At Travers Tool, we are committed to providing our customers with products that are sourced in a responsible way.
