Hand held and portable, the Phase II surface roughness testers are ideal for any shop floor that manufactures products with surface finish requirements. Phase II has improved the SRG-2000 surface roughness tester with 4 additional parameters—Ra, Rms, Rz, and Rt. The Ra being the most popular parameter method, is easy and efficient. However, there are other parameters that can be more specific for an application such as Rms, Rz and Rt.
