The straight shank, single flute countersink tool is made from High-Speed Steel. Single flute Countersinks have a greater range of applications under its portfolio. It is exclusively designed for general-purpose countersinking, chamfering, or deburring. It is highly efficient in hole-making when holes are too small for a multi-flute countersink or when multi-flute countersinks chatter. The selection of the right countersink angle depends on the application and works well with low cutting speed.
